Apparantly I did nto make myself clear when I posted this earlier and I gave up going through the offers.
A. Team must be active. If you have inactives and CPU players, dont bother.
B. I dont care about money. As an owner I understand money constraints and I dont want to break a team. Minimum Salary and cover my equip upgrades at 16 with the bonus.
C. Good gameplanning and communication with players.
D. A balanced team or a passing team. No run first teams
E. Needs to be a playoff team or building one and can show it with a decent record last saeson. Dont want to be on a rebuilding gutted team. Must have a decent QB, solid line, etc.
F. PT- If I am not the highest level player on the team, I am fine with being a slot receiver. But, I would like to get 25-30 snaps a game and have a chance to return punts/Kicks.
If you just send em an offer without a PM, I will reject it immediately. Send me a PM and tell me about your team. What are your plans moving forward and how does my player fit in. No BS. I run a team and am involved with two others who are very honorable and play with integrity. After a PM back and forth then I will determine who I want this player signed with.
