I suppose this is a good place as any to mention that the Black Sea Pirates are also newly promoted to this League. Coming fresh off our Championship loss to the Wolverines (making us 1-1 and needing a tie breaking game). We probably would have been more active in saying hello - but between recruiting and Server lag... haven't had much patience for League forum whoring yet.

By the Way, I'm the OC/GM for the Pirates and we have no intention of being the whipping boys... we'll be to busy patching the holes in our ship to sit around getting whipped.

Most our team is sticking around...there were some who wanted out...yellow bellied landlubbers....and then we have some lvl 13 and 14 that would be better off staying back in A for a season.....

It looks like I might be the only promoted team that's selling its soul then. I've been recruiting like crazy, and have done an okay job so far. Not nearly as well as I had hoped, but at least my team won't get destroyed every game.

It sucks to only have a small handful of agents around still from our Championship. One of the hardest decisions I've had to make as an owner, but I just had to do what was in the best interest of the franchise. Our Chem is really paying for it though, but at least money won't be a problem for my team.

Thanks. Now that the Season is upon us.. I guess I'll say that recruiting went pretty well. Still have a few small gaps we're looking at filling - but the talent we have brought in is pretty good. I was very surprised to see how many shit builds there are out there... most of the Players on the marketplace should just retire and start over, cause whatever they are trying - isn't something that I even considered sending a contract to.

Good luck to all of the Promoted teams. Hopefully none of the recently promoted teams end up getting Relegated this season.. but if it happens - remember, you'll (or we'll) always have that little trophy that shows that Season 4 was a good season.

i'm pretty sure you guys won't get relegated, at least whoever is in the alpha conference; unless the couch potatoes or whoever they are shape that team up; somehow they still have a 42 rating lmao

Good Game Wolverines - was really pretty close up until the Interception TD that came out of nowhere. Guess we are now up 2-1 in our back and forth battle - we look forward to facing you guys in the Championships again....

Or maybe we'll have to do a friendly sometime.
