Screw the "old school" guys who say the promoted teams don't have a chance. Although the competition at the top of the conference is fierce, there are plenty of mediocre teams here too for you to beat up on. Anyone think the Burmese Bulldogs won't beat Chump Town? And they were a AAA team. It's not the size of the dog in the fight.

Welcome new comers, and make sure you remember to switch on your OLine individual areablocking. That wasn't avialble to you in single A, but up here if you dont have your center set to block in areas 3 4 and 5, you'll never stop the MLB rush.

*grin*

Welcome to the new squads for sure. High hopes for you folks, I know I've
never won a conference.

Cheers,

Well if you want to know how to win REGULAR season games I can help you out. Playoffs? no clue!

As do the Southern Wasters, regular season about 21-11, post season 0-2.

Was a very true quote, but we used it as motivation for our season.

The rest of the games can't change the games already played.

Going into this season if someone offered me what Burma has done so far when the cap was actually still on the team starting the season out, I would have taken it and laughed all the way to the bank.

Making the playoffs this year is a coup.

It was lifted before the season started per se, but not before it was possible to start signing new players after post season completed. And really, as far as signing players goes as soon as the increased chem hits stop it is the same as up to the point where the new season starts, except the longer you go the more players are already signed.

There were several days of recruiting there where we knew that we were moving up, but didn't have the league changes processed, so chaotic couldn't sign anyone above 21.

Water under the bridge at this point, but kind of stunk at the time.
