Heh, did the slashes really make that much of an impact in the league? Well, besides letting everyone run up their stats
The bastards are digging in for the siege, it will take a while, but eventually we'll break out and be "dropping in" to amsterdam by way of Arnhem, or thereabouts, to give you more competition than you want!

Same here for our group, but we want to compete this season so we are recruiting as well as is practicable and financially feasible.
I'd be interested in seeing what 'funny' stuff you guys saw in your finances. Like us. A 1.5 million loan taken out right before the team is sold with no stadium attached to the loan.

yeah they took out a loan here too, and then wasted over a mil on crap players and signed them to no trade clauses. I got all that fixed and traded enough away that with a loan I will be building the 2 left corners and the left end zone this off season. still have a few players to get rid of once the off season starts they should go quickly.
its funny though how so many demanded things that they could not control. I had one thet I sent a new ontract just to trade hime because his expired day 23 of sea 5. he accepted the contract then demanded a release to be a free agent. so I traded him. someone else can deal with his stupidity

I guess we are lucky that everyone that didnt renegotiate all gets released day 40 of season 4 or day 1 of season 5 without any drama. We dont have that kind of bullshit of people wanting to be released.
The problem is, all the tards with lvl 13 players are DEMANDING crazy money and want to be on a capped team.
After seeing the rebuild schemes its obvious that not everyone can hope for relegation with lvl 1 players. I think our ownership group is far to competitive for that so we are aiming at trying to stay competitive playerwise as well as financially for the next season.
Trying to assemble a competitive team with so many roadblocks is actually kind of fun in a challenging sort of way. Any fag can build a playoff contender with a new capped team. It takes balls to do it this way.
