bacardi has said that it was going to be an easy game for the other team each of the first two games. It's just him trying to give off the impression that he's humble, but really, I know deep down inside, he wants to talk crap so badly.

i dunno. i figured we'd be ok against the mauraders, but the pythons arent really an 8th seed, considering 5/6/7/8 were all 11-5, so it was just a matter of tiebreakers. they already beat us before, and the way they gameplanned against the wolverines certainly made me uneasy.

i do think we've overachieved, especially in the 2nd half of the season + playoffs. but athens already easily out-level us in every single position, and gave us the worst beating in the regular season, so i dont see why we'd have much chance.

of course i want to trash talk though :] but i've got nothing to work with.

The Ferrymen are a good team. I can attest to that.

The Cape Town Cubicles will get to third base in the tunnel of love with The Athens Fairymen, that is a guarantee. But if we are lucky we might get all the way home!
