Damn....we had you guys put away and a fumble after you turn over the ball on downs gives you a second chance. Was a very good game and we did enough to win this one but just got unfortunate. Congrats as we have never been eliminated in the first round before. Losing a game that you should have won feels way worse than just getting beat...errrr. Good game guys.

Indeed. But man...we did enough to beat you guys. I would of taken the lucky win in the playoffs and unlucky loss in the regular season. Was a good game just sucks when you lose a playoff game that you should have won. I am a little bitter but who would be happy losing like that. Good game guys...Good luck next round.

damn buzz...that is pretty brutal too.

We were on the other side of one of these, force a fumble, score, then hold on and kick the winning FG with 6 seconds left.

Blah, it was 3rd down anyway when the fumble happened. So they started their final drive from their own 44.5 instead of their own 20. Big deal. They still had to drive 55 yds, and had a almost minute left on the clock if they would have needed it. Would hardly call that lucky.

Big difference between getting the ball at the 44 and getting it at the 20. The way these sims are run I really doubt they would have had enough time to get that TD. Say what you want but a fumble gave them the chance to drive down a short field. Shit happens but a fumble that late in the game is lucky...We had the perfect game plan to win a game that was going to be won by a close margin....fumbles happen...but just sucks it had to happen that late in the game. I will give props to Lima but If it were re simmed with the exact same tactics...I am positive it would have went the other way.

You're just noticing now that some measure of luck is involved in these games? Get over yourself. You lost. You keep giving them their props and then taking them away. Lima put together the drive to win a close game. How does that not count for something?

We are lucky? You guys were the lucky ones. On your rushing TD, our starting NT could have stopped him cold in his tracks, but lucky for you, he had a hang-nail on his pinky toe and didn't want to aggravate it further.

Also, on your TD pass, the sun was in our DB's eyes! Had we played in a Dome it would have been an interception for a TD. You guys are lucky it was an outside game.

On your last FG drive, when we made your HB fumble, our players were right there and could have recovered it, but at the last moment stopped after remembering the rumors that your HB may or may not have the AIDS. You're lucky your HB may or may not have the AIDS.

damn guys...I didn't mean to come off the way I did. Take some chill pills. We lost...lima won. thats all there is to it. Its all good. Of course I was a little bumed that we lost in the first round but I was not trying to take away from lima's win. Its not like this was the first time in GLB history that a late turnover lost a team a game...and it will not be the last either. Its a sim...its not like we are really playing a game here. We both did a good job as far as game planning goes...but one team has to win and another has to lose. We lost...oh well. Again...good game lima I wish you guys the best.
