There is going to be an PM you can fill out about an owner you would like to review. Good or bad! They are trying to weed out the good owners from the bad owners and finding and Owner to represent each region.

I tried to get to be ahead of the Africa Region as a whole... That was if there were every any issues you could come to me and I could help defuse owner/player disputes. But there is a guy from Canada that somehow got the gig... I bowed out of being head of the GLBPA Rating Forms for Africa (too much work for a worthless tittle), but I can still Represent the Africa AAA#3 and work with you guys on disputes. I really don't think there is or would be too many complaints, but I think you might rather have me, a guy that knows most of you, then an outside guy that is in another region...

If you want, put in a good word for me with JohnnyDollar He's the head guy in this project. Its going to end up being certified by Bort as soon as things are fully organized... so the GLBPA (Goal Line Blitz Player Association) will be a real deal.

If you think I suck, fill out a report when available and tell them about it! lol

I'm not a rep yet... I'm trying to be though. Your all good guys, so I don't see any trouble in the future... but I don't want an outsider dictating on our conferences... just doesn't seem right.

I'd support you as being a rep Steve. Don't know why they picked a guy who isn't in Africa and a no body GM from a losing team in Africa Pro to rep us. But in the Africa thread they are ripping them apart.

I'm not big on how they are going about it (just appointing people to start)... I have a feeling the whole idea is going to fold.

If they don't have elections of some sort, there are going to be a lot of pissy people! lol

Yea,Ii do like the idea.Ii just think the way they are going about it is really dumb. Needs to be more formal IMO.

I totally agree... if and when I do get more information, I'll definitely let all of you know. I just don't want anyone moving in and have control of our conference... I'd rather have one of you guys or myself involved so I'd have someone I trust at least on the inside to know what's going on.

The reasoning behind the GLBPA... as I get more information, I will share it with you. Any questions you have outside of this can be asked to JohnnyDollar. Other then this, I have no answers at this point for I would only be giving my opinion. The reason I want involved is because if there is going to be a GLBPA, I'd want my conference and the Africa Region in good hands. Whether its me, or the 2 owners I will nominate.

In order to create justice for players a Player’s Union is being formed. We’ve all heard of players not making enough to train or being held “hostage” by owners. This is the place to bring that grievance and get it rectified.

Our Priorities are:

1. Minimum salary of: (Players Lvl +4) x $100.
EX. Player is lvl 4. 4+4=8. 8x100= $800 salary.

This takes into account the future addition of items purchasable by players. This gives every player the opportunity to save up some money. And also in case they are released into FA, they can still train for a little bit and don’t have to make a hasty decision to join a team, just to train.

2. Refrain asking absurd contracts. Abide by the Owners Union rule of $2000/day max until lvl 8.

3. Never join a team just to receive a signing bonus and request a trade.

4. If you have problems with your contract or owner, try to solve it RESPECTFULLY first, before bringing it to the union.
5. EARN YOUR PAYCHECK.

6. The Union will work with the Owners Union to decide what is best for the game and each other. We will remain in good standing with each other as well
7. Educate players about fair contracts, too high, and too low.


Those who do not wish to join do not have to, this is just an option.
