What has to happen for Antwerp to play Valencia? That would be a sweet rematch that I wouldn't be too sad to see.

It looks like Antwerp, Quebec, Valencia, and Konoha is in one bracket the 1,4,5,8 bracket. That is tough. However all of Zeta is vastly improved and no game is a gimme but all will be exciting. From what I believe is tiebreakers (head to head primarily being the first one) Valencia is locked in at 8 no matter what unless I overlooked something.
