It's not like those scouting bars mean anything anyways. That's why your Perfect Soul player is/will be your best DE despite having the worst scouting (assuming that build doesnt get a nerf)

I doubt he'll be the best DE of the bunch; he's just the first one to build in that direction. I have higher hopes for a couple of others.
