Yes they are really making a name for themselves up there in that leagues. I have two players on a team up there and we played them a couple of games ago. I must say that they didn't challenge my CB much, who leads the team in INTs, but they man handles us.

Well done, Melbourne! Representing the AA#2 and yourselves very well up there. I'm interested to see who moves up next season. I would say "join them", but heck, that might not happen...

We have a huge game in a few hours vs. the Crushers, who have been one of the top teams in AAA#1 for a while now and were the preseason favs to move up. Honestly, I've been floored by how we've handled the challenge - not that I thought we couldn't do well - I just wasn't anticipating doing this well, this fast. All the hard work preparing for each game and keeping a solid core together and on track is paying off. A win tonight pretty much seals up 1st place, and I don't think anyone would have guessed that before the season started.

I've been watching things down here in AA#2, and man, has Zeta become even more competitive at the top this season. Looks like it will be a great playoff season. Alpha has some juggernauts as well. Can't wait to see who gets promoted....I would have said earlier in the season that we'd be happy to renew rivalries, but there is actually a small chance we could move up again if the cards fall our way.

well, it wasn't the storybook ending of David vs. Goliath in our championship game vs. the Mean Machine, but we pulled out all the stops and gave it everything we had against a far superior club, both in overall levels and depth (just take a look at the depth and ask yourself how you gameplan for that ).

We hope to see some of you moving up to AAA in the next few seasons and then up to join us in PRO.

Good luck and the guys from Melbourne won't forget their roots.

Wow, yikes, I'd say!
But you all should be very proud of yourselves for making it that far. I'd love to join you in Pro here in a few seasons. Perhaps Tonga will move up to AAA next year. We'll certainly give it all we have.

Anyway, Mean machine destroyed us in the Championship, but MTD had a fantastic season. Going into season 4 I would have been happy to be a solid playoff club.

Congrats to BAMC and Molokai, do AA#2 proud!
