*Alpha's Elite*
1) Bonn Dynamo
-Almost perfect, and very solid all around. Only loss is to Eurotrash which wasn't a shocker. Has the depth and talent to win it all.
2) Toulouse
-Has the talent to win it all. The Aviators will need to beat their rival Eurotrash in order to have another shot at Bonn for the conference championship.
3) Eurotrash
-Early loss had people wondering, but the Bats have rallied since. Euro rebounded by beating Bonn after losing a close one to rival Toulouse in OT. Has the personnel to win it all.

*The very good*
1) Manchester
-Talent wise, the Mob should be in the elite class, but performances against alpha's best weren't up to par. Mob has a very talented squad, and should not be looked over in the play offs. Manchester has the talent to beat the best, but will need to prove themselves in the playoffs.
2) West Country
-Very tough team, and rises to the occasion against all opponents. Has the talent to upset their way to the conference championship.
3)Armagh Rally
-A disappointing season for one of the most talented in alpha. Rally needs to rally in the playoffs, and has the talent to do so.

*Don't take them lightly*
1) South Hampton Stags
-Very tough team that has the talent to surprise anyone who takes them lightly.
2) Whitechapel Rippers
-Upset Eurotrash in their 3rd game of the season, and has an offense that can pose problems for anyone who underestimates them.
3) PGL
-Another team with a great offense that can pose problems for defenses. Although, I don't see them making a major splash into this years playoffs. With a good offseason, PGL could move up a class next season.

*Best of the rest*
Oslo Ice Robots
-Good team, but needs to build up their team chemistry in order to start winning the tough games.

Seriously the talent in both conference this season has been the same as this is one of the toughest leagues in ALL of GLB.

Good post and I agree with every team on there. Would love to have PGL ranked higher but we dropped the ball against Armagh and Manchester losing two very close games. Hopefully we can keep 90-95% of the team together for next season and add 2-3 more pieces to move into elite status.

I would have to agree with these predictions also. We beat Eurotrash early in the season and also got West Country. That being said, I don't feel we stack up consistantly with the top teams. We do like the fact that with those quality wins, we know that there is always a shot once the playoffs start. Good work Tinker, fun to read.

Rippers...you have had a great season thus far...you came into a tough conference and competed well...like you said you never know what will happen in the playoffs....

Drachir not so sure about your proclamation of zeta being best...you guys have tough teams but perhaps you forgot Bonn went 2-0 against a couple of Zeta powerhouses in friendlies this year

Thank You, appreciate the compliment. This is a very tough conference and we have a long way to go. It is nice to be able to compete though, always thinking there may be a chance . Both conferences are very competitive, whose to ever say which one is 'better'
