If Liverpool wins, then we have to go to the third tie breaker since it goes like this.

Liverpool would have beat Helsinki which beat Newport, but Newport beat Liverpool. Any body know what the next tie breaker is???

I believe it's points allowed but someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I read that in a Guide by a moderator:


-----a. If there are only 2 teams, it's just based upon the head-to-head matchup
-----b. If there are more than 2 teams, then it's based upon these factor in this order:
1. # of head-to-head wins against the other teams with the same record
2. # of points scored
3. # of points allowed.
