Sorry to tell you this, having a lvl 26 player you should already know this but, Stats are everything in this game. It's a good way of seeing how good someone is. So to sit there and say stat's don't mean anything, means you know nothing about this game. Coming in here saying you hope to have the next best HB and turn around and use the excuse of stats not meaning anything, is contradicting. My SS played Back-up almost all last season, except like 2-3 games. And he still put up decent numbers. Granted he's not putting up great number this season, but hey that's life.

So before you come in here talking trash about how your HB is going to be the next best thing since sliced bread, be able to back it up.

I mean the HB I showed you, he already has more TDs in this 1 season than you have in your entire career, and that's including receiving TDs. in 2 3/4's seasons he's only 1,000 or so yards lower than you. and you have 3 full season under your belt.

I hate to stick up for the whiner but stats are also an indication of how good your team is, as well as the team's tactics. You could have a much better build but be on a team who passes 80% to 90% or you could be on a team with an OL that is out leveled or out built by the majority of teams. You could have an average build but on a team that loves to run and has the OL to produce the results. Stats can be and often are misleading.

Very good point, but stats as well as being an indication to your team, they're also a good idea on your player. If you have good coordinators, they're going to work with their strengths and minimize their weaknesses. So if the HB's build is good, but there is only 1 good build in the receiving core, then they'll run more and just the same if the WR's builds were better. But you bring up a good point.

I am talking about how people determine whether or not you're player is worth a damn when they can't see your build. Stats are a good indication on how good your player is. Yeah game tactics play a good part in it, but good game tactics bad build will not produce the same stats as good game tactics good build. Without seeing builds, stats are all you have to go off of.

Stats on an HB are usually an indication of how good your O-Line and
blocking is instead of the back. Hard to analyze HB effectiveness
by anything other than how often they make opponents miss or get
yardage when it isn't there for them.
