As of this moment, one of these two teams would go to the West:

are you serious? Everyone plays the same schedule except the one out of conference game.

The way promotion/demotion works is that the winner of each conference moves up to the next level. The bottom two teams from each conference move down. One from each conference to each of the feeder leagues.

Also, it looks like the ghost riders weren't gutted, but are probably just a slow build team.

Yea, #7 team winning it all? I never would have guessed...

None of those teams looks really scary. If we stay in Canada A6, it looks like we'd run any of them over easy.

And that is exactly why we will never underestimate any opponent in the playoffs. I think that Canada A#6 is quickly catching up with Canada AA#3. Any team that gets promoted this year should be able to make the playoffs next season.

I have a player in AA3 and I disagree vehemently. I think it is going to be a tough road for the very best of the best of the best moving up. Still, relegation is a good thing and it will be nice to see how the teams do once they go up. I doubt they get bumped back down.
