You can buy level 3 once you've bought level 2. Hmmm... I'm not sure if you can buy it even if it's not built though. Would make sense, but I could see it both ways.

well considering you can't buy level 3 without getting ALL of the level 2, then im sure he didn't mean the level 3 expansion. good for you arles, those 3 home playoff games really help out. All that money but no gold [trophy]
