you can't fault the guy for liking the league, the players and the owners and wanting to say within it

I do think that it's in relatively poor taste to be willing to abandon ship and jump onto a direct rival of your former team, meaning anyone in Zeta Conference.

That being said, it's totally different if you become a Draftnik. >_>

I like the fact that the guy is loyal to the league. I really just felt that swapping over to another team (especially when you were a GM of the former team) was wrong.

Its just my opinion...neither right nor wrong.

if the dude wants to change teams so be it to whatever team that wants him. Its a little shady in a way but is part of sports.

It seems like he likes the league & players/owners in it for the most part so no rule against this. I know the DONs arent going to be looking to sign any of his players.

Well, it's not like these two teams have to worry about meeting in anything except a scrimmage game. Otherwise, his player is off the bullets in day 6 of next season.
