These are Power Rankings, not the standings. I think you are confused.

what is the difference

The standings are the official way of measuring the league and are for the most part just wins and losses.

Power Rankings are someone's opinion on who they think is the best team in the league, taking into account margin of victory, their strength of schedule, and all that type of stuff.
