It wasnt their first year. They were in AA before.
How does that work though? The Western Europe A leagues came into existence as a capped league. I know for a fact that no teams were relegated to A6 Zeta last year so how is their league an exception?
And wouldn't that be a HUGE disadvantage to the rest of the conference/league if they have a relegated team coming into a CAPPED league? Imagine the Armada relegated into Alpha at the beginning of last season. It doesn't make any sense.
