Bort has given the defensive line the option to choose "bull-rush", "elusive" or a combination of the two as ways to break blocks.

The way the DT is moving around like that makes me think that it is trying the elusive rush option. I imagine blocking and agility will help against this, and maybe it is worth getting blocking up to the 60s and training agility up to 25-30.

Keep pushing strength though, most DTs that you go up against will be using the bull-rush option and then your strength will be vital.

Oh I like your thread title

Oh and if you haven't already, put all your equipment into blocking and strength.

I really think that adding blocking and especially agility and vision would help you on those. You need to be able to see what kind of rush the defense is bringing and then have the agility to move and stop it.

i'm also thinking that building up blocking and agility should help. although, there was nothing wrong with that last play, even though it was considered a hurry....the qb still had a pocket

i think agility would give you a more immediate and noticeable improvement in your game performance and you can no longer just ignore speed as a guard you need it to get out in front of the runner on pitch and sweep plays

Agility is the biggest issue. Vision isn't helping. Your blocking is too low, too.

Thanks everybody who replied. I'll be training up agility until I boost.
