you go to the team that you want to challenge and along the top there will be "arrange friendly" click on that then you pick a date and time. It costs 25 FP's to the person who proposes the friendly, which is charged when the other team accepts your challenge.

Anyone know how does this effect the stamina of the players?

It doesn't. No energy used at all. It will use in game energy for substitutions, but your guys come out of it the same as they went in (both XP and Energy)

the nose played good, no offense to polar but he has a shitload of lv 28/29 guys it should have been a bigger win...that shows you that levels dont mean shit if you have guys with good builds that are 5-6 levels less...good job...alpha rules!

If the Nose didnt have so many turnovers it could have been a lot different
