Since No one is doing this for Alpha, I decided to start this up.

There are 4 teams that have started the season lights out, and they are the

The Elite 4:

Papua New Guinea Cannibals: They have started the season out strong with two huge victories, but how will they match up with the Dreaknoks? 108 points in two games is impressive.

Palau Pride: Even with an impressive offense, there defense has been lights out. A field goal in each game is all that the opponents could manage.

E.C. Express: After crushing the Buckeyes 51-3, the Express are setting their sights on the Gunslingers, and so far the Express running game has been a force to be reckoned with.

Tonga Havoc: The Havoc pulled a hug upset when they beat the Dreadknoks 31-28. They have one tough game under their belt, but the season is far from over, and they are looking to show what they are made of in the next few games.

Contenders:

Melboune Dreadknoks: A disappointing loss against the Havoc, and thier next game doesnt look good either. If they beat the Cannibals, then they will move up into the elite group of teams.

Oklahoma Bears: They are the only undefeated team not in the elite 4. This is because their first two games were against weak opponents, but you cant count them out, because they have not been defeated yet.

The Muddle Middle:

Cook Island Cobras: They have won 1 game so far, and next up is the Pandas, can they make it 2-1?

Gold Coast Marauders: They have no really tough opponents coming up any time soon, so time will tell what kind of team this really is.

Papeete Pirate Pandas: They had a horrible year last year, and it wont be much better this year, but since they have on a game they belong on this list.

Streator Storm: Beat the Gators, but not by much, not a good sign for the rest of the season.

Buffalo Bugbears: Got killed by the Cobras, so if they dont shape up they will be at the bottom of the league.

Bottom Feeders:

Dayton Buckeyes: 2 big losses, but against two VERY tough teams. I dont think they will be on the bottom for too long.

Majuro Marshalls: Not much to say other than it is going to be a long year.

Sacramento Gunslingers: They have the toughest first 4 games of anyone in the conference, PERIOD. If they can go even 1-4 then they should be happy.

Orlando Gators: They have alot of things to sort out.

Adamstown Abusement Park: Sam I am hasnt been producing like he promised. If he does then they might win a few.

Matchup of the week:

Papua New Guinea Cannibals- Melbourne Dreadknoks

The Dreadnoks want to rebound after the Havoc game, but it will be tough against the Cannibals. Both teams want to make a statement here. If Melbourne wins it goes back up to the Elite Squad. This will be a drag it out, heavyweight contest that could very well go down to the wire. Place your bets everyone, it will be a great game!

The Cannibals are out to avenge last season's loss. We also need to replenish our Toddler Leg supply, just to give you fair warning.
