i agree with steelyeye
though that team has 40+ GMs, most of them are only GMs in name. i think that most of them dont have any GM powers at all, but instead, the GM position is just a GM in name only

Yeah, does anyone remember the Scotch Cocks trophy scandal of season 3? They brought in anybody that wanted to be a GM for their conference championship and league championship game. Had like 90+ GM's. Lots of trophies handed out there.
We've got eight GM's on the Meat, all with defined roles. Only four of them have a player on the team.

i dont have a single player on any of the teams i GM
and it works fine for the owners too, since i've proved to all of them that i am very loyal to their team, so having a player on the team is unnecesarry
