This is kinda fun, maybe I will do it every other game or so, for giggles.

Home Field Contenders
1. NC - Rome Poison - Theirs untill someone knocks them off of it.
2. NC - Polk High Panthers - A solid win against a solid Mannheim squad. Solid.
3. NC - Normandy Invasion - Cementing their position, beating up on the Crabs.
4. NC - Mannheim Jaguars - Lost the the Panthers, perhaps not unexpected
5. U2 - Dublin Shamrocks - Beat two middling teams, but hey, W's are good


Playoff Contenders

6. D1 - Helsinki Crabs - Tough loss against the Invasion
7. D1 - Eastwick Savages - Perhaps the new faces haven't gelled quite yet?
8. U5 - Tilburg Lightning - Clawing their way outta the basement
9. U3 - London Pounds - Quality win over the McKrackers
10. D1 - Hessel Voltage - Loss to a surging Sham's ok
11. NC - Chernobyl Neutrons - No real feel yet, Beats the worst team, loses to the best.

12. U2 - Portuguese Men-of-War Ran into the Tilburg Buzzsaw
13. D4 - Cologne Pirates - Loss to the Portugese really hurt.
14. D6 - Shady McKrackers - McWhoops?
15. NC - Siena Il Palio - Show me a win Siena
16. NC - Brasilia Rockets - Funny, I didn't realise Brazil was in Western Europe.

Guess it's slow all around, so I'm not sure why anyone responded... but these are great, keep em coming.

we should create a weekly Zeta coaches poll. It would be fun. Each team ranks say the top 10 of the zeta conference and then do a simple point system (10 points for a 1st place vote, 9 for a second, etc).

I would be willing to compile it if there is enough interest. We'd have to limit it to one set per team so your team would have to designate who is going to be doing the ranking.

Someone tried this last season and failed miserably. Although, they tried to do it with Zeta AND Alpha, but neither conference knew the other one well (back then). If you wanted to do it, you'd have to really be proactive and PM all the owners involved.
