It's a front to make you guys THINK I'm the best GM, but in all reality, I participate in the special olympics because I was born with only half a head. That's why it flaps.

No, after every show they did a PSA, and at the end of the PSA the charachter would say, "And now you know, and knowing is half the battle". Then the scene would cut and you would the the GI Joe logo and it would say "GI JOE!"
