1.5 seasons. Once people reach level 29 they are at minimum XP so even with boosting they will only get 5 levels a year. You can double that at this point, meaning right now you are about 10 levels back, so you should be close to equal by the end of this. You will never 100% catch up without some signings but you will be close enough that wise game planning and good builds should make you competitive. Good builds being crucial.

And thats why we wanted to stay here. We feel like we have some good builds in there but its hard for them to shine duh to be out-leveled so badly. Hopefully we can stick it through next season too.
