He is a project and I was going to leave him in the D-Leagues till lvl 8 but I have noticed some lvl 3 and 4 DE's that are starting, so I thought I would offer him up here just he could help a team fill up a position. I am ok with second string, but would rather stay in the D-Leagues if I can't get at least decent second string snaps.
