With the Speedster Abilities to really take any affect you should consider some how boosting your agility. Leave your Special Abilities alone for a while and concentrate on getting your Vision and agility up.
If someone would sign you and give you enough cash to redo your gear you might come out pretty decent and be on the right path. Don't get discouraged, you'll get a contract and hopefully a team that will aid you in your building process as well.
