My favorite was when Trebek said:

"The final Jeopardy category is... never mind, just write a number. Any number. Just write down a number and you win!"

The first two wrote whatever, and lost. Then Trebek came up to Connery, and the answer was "V". Trebek said, yes, that is a Roman numeral for 5, so you win. Let's see what he wagered.

The "V" was the top part of a "K", and Connery had written "Suck it Trebek".
