We are no longer in AA#3 but are willing to welcome the new teams. Iceland I know from facing them with the Legion (don't wanna talk about that game as that was our only regular season loss

I think you are right. Zeta in every league I have been in so far does have nicer people in it. Zeta also tends to have better teams.
