Gm's get the losses blamed on them and when we are riding good the owner gets everything....

That's true! I plan on blaming Gator for every loss my team gets this season, even if we put up 40 points and give up 50. It's obviously the offensive coordinators fault.

I don't think I really blame Gator, he knows when it's actually his fault (1 game this year haha). I stuck for him when a couple of our players called out the offensive tactics.

I'm just glad I've what appears to be a competent o-coordinator. I'm completely lost on the offense. I have my ideas for builds, but actually putting together a game plan that works? Beyond me.

I could integrate the tactics screen, but those numbers do nothing for me.

wow I wish I had seen this thread sooner. Now the hawks are stacked! Its ok we here at the Cardiac Cats will do the best with what we have.

I'd like it known that Spidey and Gator had really little to do with getting harper's players other than having spots available =) He and I are good friends and I convinced him to come along.

NSDK are lucky they jumped on Nilhaus' players before I could get him on board, too. We tried to keep the Star's ownership and management together on another team but bad communication between the three of us caused a two team split.

Yep, we mostly had open spots for the Stars players. We tried to get all of them onboard, create a Starhawk

Starhawk? That creates the idea of a merger. We couldn't keep it together, and you could. The Hawks ate the Stars like a bad Kirby villain. Hopefully we can add something to already-proven playoff team.
