It kind of sounds like you guys area cheating to me. Is it fair to take all the players off of one team and sign them to another team. Sounds like a mini all star team at the expense of one team.

You do realize, we picked up 3 starters off the Tecmo team. K Dome, OLB Smith and NT Burflict were starts from last season's Tecmo team. The other players we have picked up were all back-ups. I would hardly call that a mini all star team. I had to go through some of the same recruiting everyone else did. Going after CB Rollins took days alone and he had tons of teams after him. It wasn't until I secured his commitment that I added Unconquered as a GM.

You do realize, we picked up 3 starters off the Tecmo team. K Dome, OLB Smith and NT Burflict were starts from last season's Tecmo team. The other players we have picked up were all back-ups. You must of missed season 1 of the USA Pro League. Ask Tim Harper, he'll be happy to tell you how completley legal that is. Of course his ego won't admit how immoral it was, but thats a whole other story.
As for the Ewoks, I don't know their whole story, so I won't say what they did was the same as what Tim Harper did in Season 1

Just to chime in on bgdave's comment. Most of the starters on Tecmo went to other teams. It was each players choice where they wanted to go. My DE, a starter on Tecmo, went to a completely different league. Others joined with teams in the BBB12 (our old league). And some decided to join the Ewoks. But not once was it suggested we "merge" teams.
It's only natural players will go with owners/teams they are familiar with and respect. No one is cheating.

That part is definitely true. I very much doubt I would put any of my players up for the free agent frenzy without first asking everyone on my team that owns a team if they needed them first. I trust my boys, no reason to go all free agent and 'hope' you made the right choice.
Anyways, The Ewoks are down right scary. I am really hoping our team can pull off the 'upset' against you guys later down the road.

Thanks for the compliment, but I don't know about scary. There are a lot of good teams in the West. San Diego, Chicago, the Bugeaters, Mentone Beach, and the Horde all have great squads. It will be a hell of a fight for home field advantage in the playoffs.

Down the road is this season for the wolves, we were 'lucky' enough to draw them for our cross-conference game. Oaklahoma season 1, San Diego last season, Ewoks this season, I'm sure we'll draw the Horde or the Bugeaters next season with our 'luck'
