In return for getting his guy out of no man's land he brought some of his other guys to the team and consequentially we won a league title with them.

Now his own team has made it to A#1. While some people may see it as a conflict of interest, we both see it as a minor inconvenience. I'll block him from our team forum and player info and I'll provide him with specific game instructions if any. We'll maintain this approach until it works itself out naturally or contractually, but there will not be any collusion or player farming, etc.

So I'm happy for the Spartans because it means their owner is happy and I stay happy.
