Every team can have stand out players. Pick It wont make the probowl due to not having stats. im fine with that. as long as i get a championship ring.

Tell me about it - I've only signed up three people so its not like I am getting free FP either. Getting a team late hurt as I didn't think I would get one until next season so I created a bunch to fill out my roster as I didn't want to go through the pain of attempting to sign people so quickly - I think you ask for some trouble that route. I am selling some off this upcoming season and bringing in some "guns" so to speak to shore the Browns up as we are rather shitty right now. If anyone has another team in another league Bo Duke will be available as I have a better QB coming in next season (he just won't be real cheap in the cash trade - he's going to be a stud).

I was number 26 on the list when I thought Bort was finished creating teams. I had created a bunch of players, thinking I was going to have a season to develop them. Instead, I got the team a lot sooner than expected, so I ended up with a bunch of level 7s on my roster.

We're already lining up some big guns for next season, if there's not a pointless level cap. I'll be more than happy to sell off some of my guys.

My horror story went like this - I was around 214 when I was at work and in a hurry attempting to switch regions. I hit return the 1,000 FP and had one of those moments where time stood still when I realized how big of mistake I made. It cost me a few more dollars but I'll get most of my guys back this season and within our little group one team is shutting down and luckily it was with our first guys created so I was able to get some of those players who can level up to 25-27 but I think to avoid the XP hit they will have to hold off. Should be interesting how the removal of the cap will aid some teams and destroy some others. Luckily, they are my own players so selling them or retiring them makes little difference to me. I'd hate to be in a situation where you have to say "thanks for helping build the team but in order to compete I have to cut you to bring higher level guys in."

I am not a fan of these capped leagues - those moving up will be at such a huge disadvantage. There are some real solid levels in the next league and the point that its unfair to not get a chemistry grace period or some additional cash infusion makes it not worth moving up after season one. Not that I wouldn't want to mind you - my boys will be fighting tooth and nail tonight but I certainly won't ball up in the fetal position shall I lose - this is just going to be a farm team once this season is finalized anyway.
