how do they determine this? do we know which one's are leaving for sure?

they determine it by somewhat record and player levels, and how you fit in...most of us here in AA#3 have an overall of 36-33, unlike the Tigers...but it kinda is based on that.

Has nothing to do with players or builds or team ratings. It's strictly the 15th and 16th place finishers in each conference.
