Certain players on my team are really slumping, and I can't help but feel ripe for the picking.

If by slumping you mean "I can't gameplan my way out of a cardboard box," then yes I agree.

Is this the "Our team didn't score and didn't force a punt, but it is a moral victory because we only gave up 88!" team? I don't take gameplanning advice from someone who knows nothing about football. : )

The fact that you just stated that shows that you don't know a damn thing about football.

Cue your team of "Leave Britney Alone!" boys to flood this thread with tears, as they silently recall losing their virginity in prison.

With the team you have there is no reason anyone should come within 50 of you. Yet somehow you are able to pull it off. You're going to get hammered next season if you make it to the next level. If you don't make it this year, you might not ever make it. But don't worry I think there is another expansion league coming out you can move your team to.

Man, this round's games should be fun, but I can't wait to see the Gold Coast - Mozambique final.

my goal was to complete the entire lower level but the bandits ruined that for us. I never built a section at the beginning of the season like the others so I have to play catchup. Right now I should have enough for 2 endzones and maybe 2 corners if I can get some cash by trading some of my players away.

Yeah, getting both end zones up is a good idea -- that way, you can build that entire side of the field in the next offseason at the 200 level, letting you build the 300 level the one after that. Just make sure both corners you build are on the home or visitor side of the field, not one of each. That'll keep you from putting up 200 level corners later, which'll block you from building a 300 level sideline the season after.

to be honest I won't even care if we win in that game. All I want to do is move up anything else is gravy.

You have a similar philosophy to me and my team over in Oceania. While I'd LIKE to win the big game, I'm more focused on the one tomorrow. The big one is nice, if only because I like gold better than silver.
