Many of the people posting their stats up here every day asking why their QB is struggling forget something important, INTs are a team problem, not just a QB problem. The best QB build in the game won't salvage an offense with bad linemen and receivers. Your build is pretty good, my best advice would be to get more tight spiral to continue to increase pass quality and then to go back to working on vision. Also don't use the favor long passes or favorite receivers tactics, not that you have been.
What you REALLY should do to fix the problem is look at your offense as a whole. Is your QB pressured a lot? Are your WRs taking a long time to get open? What kind of defense do you expect the next team to play against you? Building a good QB is easy, you just put points into the most important areas and train the others. Building a good OFFENSE is not so simple. You have to develop your entire team to play certain roles based on the offense you plan to run and set your offensive tactics bases on your team's abilities and what you expect the defense to try. Go back and watch your pass plays from the last 3 or 4 games and see what is working and what isn't. Do the same thing for your opponent, see what their pass defense strengths are in the last few games.
