Plus with Bort doing the xp tweaks to where if they do that they gain less xp due to being different than the overall average of the league. Also hope the chemistry hit they take puts them so far back they still keep losing.
I can see a few guys being brought in, but to sacrifice a season to bring in an entire team is sad.

You can trade your Lv 13 and unders to new teams for cash
Moves like that will land you in hot water with alot of your players. Team spirit and comrodary are things that I will refuse to sell out for. We all will look to improve but personally I will be keeping my core together as I feel I owe it to them.
Not if you told them if they do not re-sign with the team they will most likely end up gettin gtraded
Well I see you only have 5-6 players that are not under contract until atleast the end of season 4, that along with a few inactives gives you afew spots to upgrade with similar to most of us.
