Not bitching, it is just crazy. The only place I haven't had trouble recruiting was West Europe A because of the lvl cap. I don't think people research the leagues very well. A lot of the A and BBB leagues that have been around since last season are only like 3-4 lvls behind AAA and Pro. Then factor in most people don't want to be back ups for more than a season (if that) it makes things real tough for a non Pro team to get (and keep) good players.

Edit - And by people not researching leagues, I mean a lot of FAs, not the peeps on here talking about it.

Well, it's pretty much the deal when you buy a team that you get to do all the leg work. The players don't generally come looking for you. On the other hand, since there are really more players than teams, finding good playing time is more of a challenge. So really engaged players are a lot more active searching for teams. So you can give a bunch of offers to lame-o owners, but the ones you end up signing frequently turn out to be pretty solid, in my experience.

But I can definitely feel your pain. I put in a lot of hours in my first season as an owner...

Yeah, that's slightly less gay. It's straight enough that I might respond to an offer.

Your gay Shiz... totally.

Right, that is one of the points. Our team is doing well and we are still getting passed over, I can only imagine how bad it is for some of the teams that are struggling.

You're right. It is very tough. I spend ALL my time recruiting and leave all the tactics and such to my GMs.

Now it's the Candy Mountain Unicorns, I think they changed it for the better , but seriously, it seems that everyone is obsessed with the "Pro" tag, and those are the same people who are posting over and over again in the recruitment threads.

Too funny ROFLMAO
