I would say that this season both are pretty even. Although, I think alpha's top seven are tougher overall because all could beat one another on any given game. Let's hear some opinions.

I actually think the opposite. The top of the conference is better in Zeta but the bottom teams in Zeta are worse than the bottom teams in Alpha.

The off-season scrimmages between the conferences are a good chance to find out something about that.

my team is Zeta would be challenging for the playoffs. Aplha is a better conference. peroid

yea, the wolverhampton wolves just beat a playoff team in zeta at 3-12, paris.

I would say Alpha is better since we lost 3 good teams last season and they only lost one

yes, i did see that. congrats.
but maybe you didn't get their "A" game. being that paris was locked into the 7th seed no matter win or lose, perhaps they tried different formations and tactics or started a bunch of back-ups. maybe they didn't want their playoff opponent to be able to use this game for scouting & research for the game that counts.

i'm not trying to take anything away from you, but you really can't put too much stock in a meaningless 16th game.

Well for one thing we will definitely find out which conference has the best team overall.

No, hes on alot of steroids.

I would say that the top 6 teams in alpha could beat or give a competitive matchup to the top 4 teams in zeta, and our #7 team could cause problems as well for your top 4. The reason being, the top 6 teams in alpha are very close talent wise, all have beaten one another. Eurotrash is the only team to have enough LUCK to stay unbeaten. Although, we have not completely dominated the competitiion, many of our games have come down to the wire. Because of the great talent in alpha, the playoffs should be very exciting. Not taking anything away from zeta, your top teams are very good. The London Hitmen and Cardinals are especially scary.

Interestingly the only team we 'upset' this season came from Alpha, despite threatening it on a couple of occasions.
