I'm going to be doing the ALL-PRO team voting after week 15, I will post the ballot on this forum as soon as possible after tomorrows games.
1 ballot per team, if the owner doesn't want to complete it a GM can, or discuss it as a group with your GMs/team, it is the owners call on how they want to do it. Though the first ballot I receive by PM from a team owner or GM will be the ballot used, anything else will be disregarded.
No voting for players on your own team.
Yes, I understand that stats aren't the most important thing for some positions and that other things matter, but this is GLB, and the fact that I'm taking the time to do this is pathetic enough, I'm not going to watch game film and see who is an awesome shutdown corner. That being said, take a look at the 2007 NFL all-pro team, the two CBs were Samuel and Cromartie neither of which are the best cover corners in football, but they both had nice statistics.
When the ballot is posted I'm sure there will be a lot of suggestions for people who were left out, well look at it this way, if you weren't having a good enough season to be added to the ballot you probably aren't going to be elected to the team so lets save some time. Also, after the teams are posted we can have a nice "biggest snubs" thread.
The roster will be as follows:
1 Quarterback
2 Running Backs
1 Fullback
2 Wide Receivers
1 Tight End
2 Offensive Tackles
2 Offensive Guards
1 Center
2 Defensive Tackles
2 Defensive Ends
3 Linebackers
2 Cornerbacks
1 Free Safety
1 Strong Safety
1 Kicker
1 Punter
1 Kick off returner
1 Punt returner
There will be a 1st and 2nd team.
I'm willing to hear some feedback/suggestions on this thread here, but can we please keep it on topic and constructive.
