Morale in-game isn't the same as the morale you can see on your player's profile page. During the match, morale fluctuates a lot, going up whenever you complete a pass, throw a TD etc. etc., and decreases slightly with incompletions, and decreases greatly when the QB throws INTs or is sacked.
