I'm saying there is zero reason why a revenue generating website should have anything other than a fully functioning "Support" button. Nothing says "We're just counting your money, we don't give a crap anymore" better than offloading that function to different site. Its "ok" if we all know it, but it still doesn't make it "ok" for them to do it.
