Can somebody give me refresher on if the dots that are going to be 160 at the end of this season will also have the 32 or 36 training points to start next season or am I on my last few days on training?

Yes. 36 TPs at roll over. That's a max of 108 more BTs.

Plateau doesn't technically start until you age 1 more day on the Day 0 to 1 rollover
