I see a lot of builds or build plans from people over here and stamina is severely lacking compared to glb2 builds. I would think needs for dot production would be similar for the games, is stamina not really needed here?

It's never really been an emphasis. Would you rather your attributes be 10% lower because you did Stamina first, or have regular attributes with a 10% penalty because you're tired.
Depth charts can cover a lot of stamina issues, plus we have a lot of VA options that affect stamina/energy that can be used to balance out those issues if needed.
That doesn't even get into position specific needs.
Plus philosophically, if everyone is playing more or less equally tired, then Stamina doesn't actually do anything.

I think stamina is under-utilized by many receiver builds. I doubt many coverage dots under-utilize stamina.

Stamina is 95% tied to movement
Dots that cover a lot of distance during a play use more energy/stamina. That's why Bort invented Distance Runner VA... So dots could play special teams and not die from energy loss.

I always went for 2nd cap STAM...on skill speed positions 65 at times....Last few seasons been mid 50s STAM....
i can honestly say it hasnt affected my losing streak !!!!

it's probably because you're still using 45 men, instead of 55 dots
