Does anyone have a link for the rules covering promotion and demotion at the AAA and AA levels?

AAA teams who win R1 of playoffs promote to Pro, other than that I’m not sure.
AAA only has two Leagues so 2 from each Conference in those Leagues get in(8 Total) to replace the 8 teams(2 Leagues) dropping down from Pro's. However, the AA has 3 Leagues and only are required to replace the 8 teams dropping down from the two AAA Leagues so the winner of each Conference would make 6 so I assume it would be the remaining two the came in 2nd that had the best overall record. If still tied I assume it would be points against as they use with ties in other situations. I don't ever remember having a team in AA, but that would be my guess. During the Off Season(when DD/Bort are on) just send a PM to Support and follow up on Discord and I am sure you will get the AA question answered as mine is an assumption. Please post the answer as I am sure others would like to know their answer as well.
