Why, and how can I fix that never happening again?


EDIT: I wasn't even on a team but it stuck me anyway. So apparently you have to get on some type of CPU team at least before flip, and then uncheck the 'auto-boost' as it is on by default.

Dumbass feature to have it automatically on

Go to where you can edit your player number and uncheck “auto boost this free player”

Luckily, this is only a thing that hits free dots, so unless you've already bought custom equipment for it, you can recycle and rebuild it for free. (You can recycle and rebuild it anyway, if you bought custom equipment, you'll just lose a few flex from that process.)

Isn't this turned off by default? I don't remember unchecking that box for my free dots, but I may be wrong.

No it’s ticked by default. Had to remember to do all mine before season rolled over
