Warrior General Games

While everyone obvioulsy wants to take the crown, does anyone truly want to move up? Quick glance at the league above WE 6 shows squads that are at a far higher average level than any of our teams. The bottom feeders there would probably dominate in our current leagues.

Just curious as to what you guys think about it.

Alpha teams most likely going down look like they would unlikely playoff teams here:

Zeta teams in the bottom two spots right now though will be a challenge:

Both conferences have 2 other teams that are quite likely to end up going down instead. With only 1 more win.

Without spending more time looking at the teams though it's hard to say how much they might change between this season and next.

As for going up ... It won't be easy for anyone who does go up. With upgrades in key positions though I think our promotions have a shot at the playoffs. I wouldn't bet on either promoted team taking first in thier conference, or getting promoted again in back to back seasons.

The teams that move up will have to make some decisions. In order to stay competitive they are going to have to bring in some new players. These will need to be players that are equal to or higher than the people on their current rosters.

The people on the promoted teams, however, know what it takes to win. If they stay committed to that, it should take them long to be back near the top again.

This is what worries me. My desire to stay competitive will compel recruitment, but I also have a ton of loyalty to these guys on the team. This is true with no level cap next season, but is compounded if promotion happens.

Yeah next year will be a tough one. I can end up on the bench for the better of the team and that would suck.

So who exactly moves up, the two teams fighting for the conference championship? So 2 from Zeta and 2 from Alpha? Or is it the top 4 teams in overall standings? Looking at our top teams, they will be competitive with incredible owners/leadership and an off season of adding more talent.

All the owners should message Bort and tell him to just leave our league the way it is.

The two teams in the championship game ( only 2 move up per league ). Two A leagues move up into a single AA league making 4 teams moving up. 4 AA teams move down, 2 to each A league.

As far as I know it's the championship game teams that get promoted only so 2 up.

The two teams that play in the league championship would be the ones promoted, one from each conference.

Cool thanks. Playoffs will be interesting thats for sure.

I agree.

It would be sad to bench/release/trade almost all of your players who won the title to stay competitive.

This is just an idea as of now...I personally don't think it will happen. I think it is in the admins best interest to have rivalries in the leagues, and this would totally destroy that. Having said that, I think something will change, it just won't be this drastic.

I believe the promoted/relegated this past season did they not?
