The description for Shutdown Coverage repeatedly refers to a CB. Does Shutdown Coverage also work on a cover LB or is it only for CBs?

works for all - it is in the FS SA tree as well

The Spd/Agl bonus seems very small on it in practice. I think of it like a second Swat Ball SA now, that only works in man. Deflect bonus seems like it's by FAR the strongest part of the SA.
