I dont understand it. My players have had 6 training points all offseason. Why are they not gaining and training?

Unless they're a brand new dot that starts with 20 + 36 = 56 TPs, atthe roll over to the preseason, everyone is awarded 36TPs.
That's 9 days @ 4 TPs each to standardize the off season no matter how long it actually is--like this one was extra long, for example.
If your auto Training is on, you'll never see those 36 TPs. They'll get spent automatically.
If you're on 4-way training it'll get 'stuck' because 4-way takes 8 TPs.
Once the season starts, the regular TPs of 4 per night will start up again.
