I think this is a good idea, having a thread just for questions about the game for those of us who are newer and for the vets to be able to help out. Free exchange of knowledge is awesome and I'm glad y'all are always so helpful.

So, let me start with a few questions I have to get things going:

If you're running a Defense with no backups, what kind of Conditioning do you think you'll need at each of the positions (DL,LB,DB)?

How much does Low Chemistry effect the team?

For my team, personally: I notice the success of WRs/TEs CIT of whatever team I'm facing drastically goes up in the second half, is this an issue with my defense's Def Consistency? Or is it just bad luck RNG?

Not as experienced as lot of Agents but most conditioning without backups should be a min of 80+ I would think. Ellix has a great forum post on this actually. https://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/forum/thread/5323497

Chem is important and will effect how well the player plays with the group.

Success in the second half could be do to a lot of factors like QB leadership, Overall team Heart, and Morale.

I say this and the big dogs will know more.

It's definitely not just bad luck RNG.
Toughness will affect energy and morale loss over the course of one play most significantly.
But Heart will effect Morale in particular over the course of the game more.
Conditioning is just going to set the player's energy level to start the game and somewhat at half time.
Morale starts off pretty much even for all players until sh-stuff happens.

I first had a habit (like yesterday) of focusing on Conditioning and toughness and ignoring heart but now I've come to realize that heart is far more of an influence on morale than toughness by the time you hit the second half of a game.

I hate seeing my team's players sulking and depressed with a 21 point lead at half time. I just know the opposing team's comeback efforts are just beginning...

WE all share a ton of info on the discord server currently.

but condi on defense with no backups is gonna need to be 80-85 range for lbs/fs/ss/cbs, DEs/DTs are gonna be in the 60-65 range. Toughness would need to be 30-40 range at minimum for lbs/fs/ss/cbs and need to be 65 minimum on the DL.

Heart should be at minimum 30 for all players and ideally closer to 40.
